Payment is in Japanese yen. The actual amount charged depends on your card issuer's conversion. Local currency amounts are estimates based on fixed exchange rates, updated monthly (last updated Nov 1, 2026).
Whichever you buy on, the same account can use both iOS and the web.
Frequently asked questions
Do the 1-day, 1-week and 1-month plans renew automatically?
No. They are one-time purchases, so they never renew automatically and you don't need to cancel. They end 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month after the purchase. After they expire, you can buy again.
How do I cancel? (1-month monthly plan only)
If you bought in the iOS app, stop auto-renewal from Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next renewal time. If you bought on the web, use the purchase management page in the plan screen before the next renewal time. After the renewal time, the next period is charged. After you stop it, you can keep using the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is digital content, we do not refund purchases, nor prorate refunds for cancelling mid-period, in principle. This does not apply where a refund is required by law. For purchases in the iOS app, please ask Apple for a refund under Apple's refund policy (we cannot cancel App Store payments).
When does the free trial start and end?
It runs for 72 hours (3 days) from the time your first diagnosis is accepted, not from the day you signed up. It ends after 72 hours or when you have used 10 new diagnoses, whichever comes first. The free trial is once per person. After it ends, you can still view your past results and shared result pages for free.
Is there an age limit?
This service is for people aged 18 and over. People under 18 cannot use it or buy a pass.

Your support goes toward running and improving Hiyori. Supporting does not unlock extra features (choose from ¥500, ¥3,000 or ¥10,000).
